Submitting a booking request or contacting us on WhatsApp does not automatically confirm a reservation. A booking is only confirmed after availability has been checked and payment/confirmation requirements have been completed.

Payment terms may vary depending on the residence, owner, seller, duration, and booking type. Rooms may only be held or confirmed after the required payment is received or after written confirmation from Abidjan Résidence.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, refund, date change, early checkout, or extension rules may vary by residence and agreement. Please confirm the applicable rules before payment.
6. Owners and sellers
Owners or sellers who publish residences must provide accurate information, real photos, correct pricing, and valid availability. Abidjan Résidence may approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.
7. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate name and contact details.
- Respect the residence rules and property.
- Use the accommodation legally and responsibly.
- Pay agreed amounts on time.
8. Limitation of responsibility
Abidjan Résidence helps connect clients with furnished residences and assists with bookings. We are not responsible for events outside our control, including owner decisions, client behavior, force majeure, network issues, or third-party service failures.
